SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

All orders will be dispatched by JIPSI Collection within 24 - 48 hours of order receipt. 

 

Please note that there maybe unexpected delays to shipping in this time of uncertainty due to covid19. Unfortunately these delays are out of our hands and we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. We recommend allowing up to an additional week for standard deliveries with in Australia and up to an additional 3-4 weeks for international deliveries on top of our standard delivery timelines below.

 

AUSTRALIA

STANDARD SHIPPING (excluding tracking number) 

  • Standard shipping within Australia is is available at $8.95 and FREE for all orders over $100.00 and will be sent out via Australia Post.

  • Please allow 3-7 business days to receive deliveries within Australia via AusPost.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (including tracking number)

  • Express shipping can be selected at the checkout for $11.90 for orders within Australia.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for express shipping (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) and up to 4 business days during peak periods (Christmas).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND)

  • All international orders will be sent out via International Registered Post for a flat fee of $19.

  • Please allow 7-14 days to to receive your order.

  • The receiver is responsible for any customs fees charged in their country.

Please note all shipping fees are non refundable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

JIPSI collection want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a exchange of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

- the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase.

Sale items can only be returned for credit. They will not be eligible for ‘change of mind’ refunds and are not eligible for ‘change of mind’ returns. 

We suggest all items are inspected as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame. - items must be returned in original condition, unaltered and in the original packaging.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent to ensure a high level of quality in the products you purchase from us. You will need to cover the postage to send it back to us and supply a return postage envelope with your name, address and order number.

 

All returns will be sent to an address supplied to you after contact with JIPSI Collection has been made regarding the reason for return.

Upon JIPSI Collection receiving the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund (if the item is faulty) or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.

JIPSI Collection is not liable for the loss of Jewellery items being returned.
